MISSION:

The program at HARD BOILED is based on building functional strength and Increasing mobility through integrative movement and strength training. Classes always incorporate a mix of dynamic stretching, mobility practice (crawling, rolling, etc.), and resistance training (loaded and body weight) incorporating pull ups, squats, dumbbell, kettlebell, barbell, and sandbag training. Owner-Operator, Riki Bryan, is certified by world renowned functional fitness and physical culture authority, Steve Maxwell (Maxwell Strength & Conditioning). We are an affiliate of Gunclub Brooklyn.

Our goal is to provide you with a safe and positive environment, as well as the tools and assistance necessary to maximize your physical capability.

DAILY BREAD:

Weekdays:   Monday - Friday,  7am, 8am, 9am 10am          
Weekends:   Saturday,   9am.  Intro Class at  10am

MOVEMENT AS MEDICINE: 

A new mood-enhancing, primitive movement workshop taking place at 94 Wythe at Kinfolk. Sundays at 11am when scheduled. Please check our schedule on Mind Body Connect and follow us on Instagram for regular updates.

INTRODUCTION TO HARDBOILED: 

Saturdays: 10:00am - 11:30 Cost: $20.00 suggested donation (nothing good is FREE)

WE TRAIN BAREFOOT. TOWELS AND WATER PROVIDED.
