Dynamic stretching, mobility practice (crawling, rolling, etc.), and resistance training (loaded and body weight) incorporating pull-ups, squats, dumbell, kettlebell, barbell, and sandbag training. Owner-Operator, Riki Bryan, is certified by world renowned functional fitness and physical culture authority Steve Maxwell (Maxwell Strength & Conditioning). Our goal is to provide you with a safe and positive environment, as well as the tools and assistance necessary to maximize your physical capability.

HARD BOILED HOLISTICS
is a functional movement studio + muscle club in the Wallabout neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. We are an affiliate of Gunclub Brooklyn.

 

The program at HARD BOILED is based on building functional strength and Increasing mobility through integrative movement and strength training.

 

We train barefoot. Towels and water provided.
